Counselling can be classed as a type of therapy which involves a qualified therapist listening to you and supporting you to find ways to manage emotional issues, challenges and life events.


Integrative counselling draws on techniques from different approaches of therapy to tailor an approach specifically for you. The aim is to choose the right approach for the needs of each individual which makes it unique for them.
